Welcome to Unicodecraft Technologies LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and IT services, including Quality Assurance (QA), web, mobile, and SaaS-related services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide IT services including but not limited to:

• Quality Assurance (Manual & Automation Testing)
• Web and Mobile Application Testing
• SaaS Product Testing
• Consulting and technical support

All services are delivered as per agreed project scope, timelines, and contracts.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and documentation
• Ensure lawful ownership or authorization of provided data/software
• Provide necessary access to systems and environments
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

3. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client data. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during the course of the project. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be signed upon request.

4. Payments & Billing

• Fees are based on agreed proposals or contracts
• Invoices must be paid within the specified timeline
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of their software and data
• We retain ownership of our tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Deliverables ownership is transferred upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed

6. Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect client data. However, we are not liable for breaches caused by third-party systems or factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unicodecraft Technologies LLP shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Issues arising from third-party software or services

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee that services will always be available without interruptions or errors.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice
• Outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination
• Access to services may be revoked after termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
